Lovely silver hallmarked medal with “1939″ bar, named on reverse B.M. Baldwin. B.M. Baldwin most likely saw much active service with the St. John Ambulance Association during World War 2. Worthy of further research.

This badge has seen a lot of use/polishing. Heavy rubbing to front. I know that this type of badge has been re-produced but I suspect that this example must be original considering that extensive service wear that is evident.
