Rectangular dome shaped Celtic style metal rank bar as worn by officers in the Irish army from 1942 to 1971.  

Celtic design, brass rectangular flat rank bar, 1924 pattern. Two lugs to reverse, this pattern was replaced in 1944 by a similar but more oval brass bar.    

Good original “Skins” badge, flag flying right, probably 1930′s Round sweat holes to reverse, the white metal part of this badge has been polished over the years.

Brass and white metal other ranks cap badge comprising Maid of Erin and Gaelic motto “Fior go Bás”. Two lugs to reverse.

Brass cap badge with two lugs to reverse, worn by members of Campbell College Officer Training Corps, Belfast.    

Blackened brass badge, with Q.E. 2 crown above harp, two lugs to revrse, possibly worn by USC.    

Made of brass, comprising a long pin and a Gaelic letter “G”. This showed that the soldier wearing it was a fluent Irish speaker. Click on image for more pictures.

Nice badge with no apparent damage to enamel, oval in shape and with the inscriptions “ULSTER WOMEN’S UNIONIST COUNCIL GOD OUR TRUST” Maker marked to reverse "-arman D NeillLtd Belfast"
