Description

This is a fascinating, single page document setting out the political situation in Ireland after the General Election of 1918.

It records results for the constituencies won for Self Determination, and the Status Quo.

Republican, Unionist and Nationalist counties are colourfully displayed on the map, all of which makes for good reading for anyone interested in the politcal histroy of Ireland in the years immediately before partition.

The map is produced in colour and  is 35 x 29 cm

Published in 1918/1919 by  The Friends of Irish Freedom,  280 Broadway, New York.

The map has 3 neat  fold lines going across the page and one fold line going down the  middle. Some rips,  minor holes and minor loss of paper at left edge.  Otherwise, the paper is in excellent, clean condition for its age. It would frame nicely or could be kept as is for display.

This is an original document form the time and is not a modern copy.

For posting in the mail, the map will be carefully folded along the exisitng fold lines and sent securely by registered mail.
