This medal is in great condition and fully complete.
The upper suspension/pin bar has the Gaelic words “Seiribís Nasiúnta” (National Service).
The reverse of this suspender has the manufacturer’s name on it “QUINN”. This company originally based in Belfast and later moving to Dublin, produced badges etc for the Irish Volunteers.
The Gaelic inscription on the medal disk obverse is “Ré Na Práinne” (The Emergency Period).
The medal reverse has the branch of service inscription “An Sluag Muirí” ( Naval Reserve).
