Description
This is a tunic type button, dating the piece to the post 1855 and pre 1881 era. It is a closed back button and made for an officer’s tunic. Conditon is very very good, with only minor wear to highpoints. The maker mark on the reverse of the button is “Jennens & Co. London” The button measures approx 26mms in diameter.
