This is a great survivor from the Victorian era. The piece measures almost 9cms x 33cms. It is in very good condition with a few minor holes to the fabric. The clip fasteners are present but the receiver ends are missing.

The piece is clearly military in nature and the crowned harp identifies it as Irish related. The crown is definately typical in style of the Victorian era. Overall the armband is very well made.
