This bi-metal shoulder title was once worn by an officer in the Royal Dublin Fusiliers on the epaulet of the officer’s tunic. This example shows virtually no evidence of service wear and the original gilt is generally still present.
Please note that on this example, the flames on the ball of the grenade do not rest flat along the upper bar of the title. In this example of an RDF shoulder title there is a gap between the bottom of the flames and the top of the title bar.
The lugs are fully present on this example and overall the piece is in great condition.
