Description
The L.S.F. was an auxiliary service that was unarmed and gave security supports to the Gardaí during the period of the Irish Emergency.
The medal reverse has the Gaelic inscription – Caomhnóirí Áitiúla (Local Security Force).
The medal, with its original ribbon and bar are all in excellent condition with nice toning to the medal disk.
Also included is the complements slip and original green box of issue.
