Description
This is a square shaped all brass badge used by a piper in the Irish Defence Forces. This old buckle is stamped out from sheet brass. The front of the buckle has the Irish Defence Forces insignia comprising the “FF” within a sunburst and the words “ÓGLAIG na hÉIREANN” in a circle around the “FF”.
This particular buckle measures 6.5cms square.
Condition is excellent.
